fixed a couple things

• Martha's event on Northern Temperate Islet, where you can make cheese if she hasn't drank water
• a command that makes it possible to sail off if you're at Southern Temperate Islet after you interact with Marisol
• after getting ending 9, you can go to the Winter Island with Martha without triggering the little cutscene
